[Bug]: Safari plugin not in catalog list

Bug description

I'm not sure since when, but the Safari plugin doesn't show up in the catalog settings anymore, no mention of Safari anywhere, not just empty entries. I actually had to re-install the plugin, as it wasn't installed at all anymore. I do have Quicksilver in Full Disk Access permissions, and removed/re-added with restarting QS.

Safari should show up in catalogs.

Are you sure the plugin is loaded? What do you see when you open the sidebar of the plugin in the Plugins window?

@pjrobertson Oh, it says Disabled as status. It is also listed under "Disabled". I don't seem to be able to get it to work, regardless of which checkbox I try. I can get it to say Loaded, but it doesn't actually get loaded. Why is it disabled? Can I do something about it?
