Whisper Imprinter bugging on a Server

So I tried using the Whisper imprinter to get a specific imprinted whisperer in a modpack on my friend's server. I tried it the same way in singleplayer and it worked perfectly. When I try it on the Server though, it shows me the selected enchantment like normal in the output slot but when I take it, it switches and bives me a different one. Uses the Ressources like the new enchantment.
