Improve CLI + SQL output #3
Description
- Make loglevel an option (should work exactly like the OCR-D processors' CLI options)
- CLI output should include the filename processed (currently only in DEBUG output)
- Output should go to a SQLite file and this file should a. contain the results and b. be updated, not overwritten
