Consider a custom testthat reporter for the fuzz suite

Currently, we have to do a lot of acrobatics with the existing `SummaryReporter()` to get what we want out of it, and then still wind up discarding a lot of results.

It might be preferable to just build a custom reporter to do what we want directly, instead.
