Add truncation option in lobster::tree()

Hi,

it would be nice to have a truncation option in the tree function (either TRUE/FALSE or a numeric length). Especially when looking at a list used for data storage it would be very handy to have the option to easily view the content in full. If the feature already exists, I'm sorry, but I couldn't figure it out.
