Should `cloud_report_checklist()` just write itself to `revdep/checklist.md`?

Rather than dumping in the console and making you copy/paste it out?

And should it just always get generated when pulling `cloud_results()`? Because if I run `cloud_results()` followed by `cloud_report_checklist()` then it has to reprocess the results again, which takes a minute or two for dplyr.
