Feature request: add support for Debian 13 #312

Hi, thanks for the great work on this project!
The installation of r-rig itself worked without any issues, but I’m unable to install R on Debian 13. It seems that this distribution isn’t recognized yet. Here’s the error I’m seeing:
Error: Cannot resolve R version 'release/linux-debian-13/x86_64': Error: Unknown Linux distro: 'linux-debian-13'.
It would be great if support for the latest Debian release could be added. Thanks again for maintaining this tool.
