Auto-reply to thread on choose_time() #75
Description
Add thread id as a parameter in choose_time(). If that's supplied, when choose_time() runs, reply to that thread when:
- There's no shared/valid time.
- There's 1 clear winner.
In the other case (multiple valid times), we'll make a separate ticket to send the message straight to the facilitator to choose a time.
