Pre-parsed Data

Move the data-parsing (except maybe links) to a new package. That package should deal with parsing and reloading the data, similar to what I'm doing with bookclubs.

Buuuut. Try to deliver the data on shinyapps.io as an API. And then rebuild that API whenever the data changes. Maybe.
