Google recently released alphas for Wear Material 3, but compose-destinations-wear doesn't currently use Material 3 libraries, so it isn't compatible with my app that uses Wear Material 3 (turtlepaw/health)

My suggestion is that, since it's still in alpha, you could have a new module/library (e.g. compose-destinations-wear3) that supports Wear Material 3.
