add ratings capability to recommendations

as the ratings update page is slightly unwieldy and the database of users and products can get quite large, we need to streamline the way that ratings updates and insertions occur. to help this out, the main recommendation page should give the user the ability to add a rating on any of the returned recommendations.

additionally, the ratings page should be removed to reduce confusion until a better solution is created.
