React 19 peer deps for "react-popover" and "react-alert-dialog" (maybe others)...

react-remove-scroll was just updated 12 hours ago for react 19 peer deps...
We are still waiting on use-callback-ref - Support React 19, maybe hop over there and give a thumbs up to grab the author's attention.

I'm closely monitoring this, and will try to update this discussion as soon as I see an update for use-callback-ref.
