installation for beginner

hello i am a young linux user on ubuntu and i open a palserver but he often crash i think that's because i have not too much ram so i want to stop and restart and i see this git to act like a pannel but i can't install it the 2 finals built don't work and isearch how to easy install and use this git can you please help me
