Compiling SCADS

Hello,
I want to compile scads and create a jar file from that. However, once I run sbt clean package I get the following error at the end of command execution
[error] {file:/home/samira/Documents/applications-jar/scala/radlab-SCADS-5c356a2/} tpcw/compile:compile: java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "javac": java.io.IOException: error=12, Cannot allocate memory .

Would you please help me to solve that problem?
