Flood of Remove Create events with no reason

I've got strange behavior, out of the blue the watcher starts to produce events for almost every file in folders, REMOVE and then CREATE for the same file. 
At the same time, inotify doesn't show any deletion or creations for the same folders.
The only thing is that the folders are mounted for docker-compose.
Any ideas what could it be?
