RainbowKit Version

2.1.6

wagmi Version

2.12.11

Current Behavior

The Rainbow Wallet app on iPhone is unable to scan the Rainbow QR code in the RainbowKit modal. If I select WalletConnect in the modal instead, the scan completes successfully.

I can reproduce this on rainbowkit.com using the "Connect Wallet" button using the latest version of Rainbow Wallet on my iPhone 15 Pro. My Mac (displaying the QR code) is using Safari 17.6.

Unable to scan using Rainbow Wallet on iOS (nothing happens):

Scans successfully using Rainbow Wallet on iOS:

Expected Behavior

The Rainbow Wallet app should be able to scan the Rainbow QR code.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Install the latest version of Rainbow Wallet on an iOS device and create a wallet.
  2. Go to rainbowkit.com on a Mac using Safari 17.6.
  3. Click "Connect Wallet"
  4. Click "Rainbow"
  5. Tap the scan button in Rainbow Wallet on your iOS device.
  6. Attempt to scan the Rainbow QR code.

I can also reproduce this issue in Firefox 130.0 on my Mac (displaying the QR code) using the demo on rainbowkit.com, so this isn't specific to Safari.
