[bug] "Open this page in metamask" appear again after wallet connect confirmation

Current Behavior

On mobile, after confirming wallet connect in metamask and go back to the app, the popup "Open this page in metamask" keeps appearing after successful connection.

And if I cancel that redundant popup, the next connect attempt will show error "Cannot open the page because the address is invalid"

Expected Behavior

• "Open this page in metamask" doesn't appear again after wallet connect is confirmed in metamask
• "Cannot open the page because the address is invalid" should not appear

Steps To Reproduce

1. Connect to metamask
2. Go back to the app and see "Open this page in metamask" popup appear again
3. Cancel the "Open this page in metamask" popup
4. Disconnect
5. Try to connect again and see "Cannot open the page because the address is invalid" appear
