Local env along with colima doesn't work with macos v14 (Sonoma) #121

Description

@rsw-a

Since I've upgraded os version to Sonoma, colima with vmType=vz and rosetta for amd64 emulation don't work.

here is the log from colima boot sequence. it said v14 is unsupported version. the result was same even though I tried to use HEAD version of colima.

FO[0002] starting ...                                  context=vm
> [hostagent] Starting VZ (hint: to watch the boot progress, see "/Users/ryo.kimura/.colima/_lima/colima-shibuya-runtime/serial*.log")
> [hostagent] Setting up Rosetta share
> [hostagent] Unable to configure Rosetta: failed to create a new rosetta directory share caching option: unsupported build target macOS version for 14.0 (the binary was built with __MAC_OS_X_VERSION_MAX_ALLOWED=130300; needs recompilation)
> SSH Local Port: 49989

it's better to warn that constraints at the README to let contributor/dev stay with macos v13. otherwise, they would suffer from the error given by legacy docker base image when they try to build / run shibuya at their local.
