Address feedback on the first draft of the GitHub Pages

Please provide feedback on the initial version of the GitHub Pages site for the Operations gateway project.

Looks fine to me overall, there are a few visual things that could look better in my opinion:

• The logo looks quite small (~15.17px height) compared to e.g. the logo size on DataGateway (24px height):

• math operations -> mathematical operations

• Could link to https://ral-facilities.github.io/operationsgateway-api/#functions for the point about functions?

• The main data table has the bugged viridis cmap for the float image when it should be something diverging (e.g. bwr). Once the cloud is back up and I get my OG VM running I'm happy to regenerate this with the correct colours.
