Why I can not get historical market data after PM 3 of KOSPI?

Hi

I am trying to get the minute-by-minute price of KOSPI stocks in South Korea.
But I can not get price after PM 3(KST). The South Korean stock market closes at 3:30 pm.
And I can check price after PM3 on this page

This is my code.
