For Extensions in airgap mode, once you have added an image catalog, it is not easy to then update that image catalog to a newer version.

We should add support in the UI for doing this.

We should also consider if there is a way we can determine that a new image version exists and alert the user and further simplify the experience - if this can not be done as part of this work, split this into a follow-up issue once the above has done.
