Docker Rancher Upgrade to 2.11.1 (from v2.6.8 -> 2.10.3 -> 2.11.1)

Received the following errors on trying to upgrade to docker image 2.11.1

Followed this guide: https://ranchermanager.docs.rancher.com/getting-started/installation-and-upgrade/other-installation-methods/rancher-on-a-single-node-with-docker/upgrade-docker-installed-rancher

Tested removal of the rancher webhook before attempting the upgrade to 2.11.1, and it worked on the test docker container. However, I am unsure if this will cause any issues that I am currently unaware of.

Is there any other way of resolving this error?

I'm having the same issue upgrading from v2.10.3 to 2.11.2
