timeout option can not work #30

requestify.request(app.get('java_search_server') + path, {
  method: 'GET',                                          
  params: options,                                        
  dataType: 'json',                                       
  timeout: 1000                                           
}).then(function(response) { 
  // expect return after 1 second
}

I set timeout to 1 second as above, but it didn't work as expected: no response received, it hang on!
