Better document problem Granary is solving

The introduction talks a lot about what Granary is. It doesn't do a great job explaining why you'd want to learn what this thing is to begin with. We have a lot of experience with Batch and doing things slightly wrong in surprising ways. We should make those problems more visible to someone considering using Granary.
