Tests with no failures are being shown on flakey-ray.tests.io
The image below is an image I posted for the issue on ray-project/ray. The tests now have a test with no results because one test did not run. After that test is not in the last 100 results, there will still be tests with 100 successful commits that are still in flakey-ray.tests.io.
