Description

Sometimes I am searching a directory that is not in the history yet. However, there is another similar path, which prevents me from opening the exact directory I am looking for.

Assume, for example, that parent/child is in the search history. Then, if I am trying to open parent, the directory parent/child will appear in the list, and I cannot open parent as the Spotlight only appears when the list is empty.

Is it possible to have Spotlight as an option by default, for example, with a dedicated action?

@tdsimao For your workflow, and likely others who might have similar needs, would you prefer to have a whole separate command that can have a custom keybinding assigned to it, or would it work okay to simply have a submenu option in the list view to search Spotlight even if there were Zoxide results?

I started writing it using the second path because the I never intended to provide Spotlight search as a core action, just a fallback to finding missing items, but I figured it doesn't hurt to ask for more details about how you'd use this before just proceeding.

Hi @mrpunkin, thanks for considering my issue.

From my perspective, the submenu option seems ideal, as I primarily want to use Zoxide. A separate command does not seem practical, as we need to know beforehand that the directory I am looking for is not in Zoxide.
