feature: Add watch expression from Variable Scopes #436

This is a great plugin and I use it a lot. Thanks for making it!
What would greatly improve it to me is being able to quickly add watch expressions from the variable scope view. I often have to inspect very deep data structures and writing the expressions manually is somewhere between tedious and impossible.
What I am hoping for: While the cursor is on an expanded variable in the variable scope window, I press a hotkey or invoke a command that calculates the watch expression for the nested variable at the cursor and adds it to the watched expressions.
If I have the time I'll look into whether I can contribute (if that is encouraged), but that probably won't be soon.
