How to change focus to elements?

How do I assign a hotkey to change focus to an element (Expressions, Console, Stack, etc)?
Currently, I have to either Ctrl+W+arrow keys, Ctrl+W or use the mouse, which is very clunky. There's no focus() function on the element or on dapui to call. Is there a way? What's the common workflow?
I'm a nvim beginner, apologies for a stupid question.
