Errors in the visit table are still not that clear - if one or other tab has errors, together with the red background to the tab perhaps a tool tip or some other signposting to highlight that errors can be found here.

Similarly, the red border to the affected measure is not clear enough - need some other way of highlighting errors as these will be the focus for clinicians to correct
