inclusion of './Code_Utils'

I noticed in the matlab script a path of  './Code_Utils' has been included. I believe this is contain some functional code to be utilised. I hope this can be included in the repository. 

In addition to this, the "smooth" function in the matlab code requires curve fitting toolbox. Is this additionally charged toolbox also required for the execution of this code.
