README refers to a non-existing file

Hi,
In the README, you refer in one of the first paragraphs to:a file called 'https://github.com/rdo-management/instack-undercloud/blob/master/json-files/fedora-20-undercloud-packages.json'. However, this file does not exist (anymore) at this location.
