User complaining about black screen when recording flash content #195

Hello, I have a user who is having a problem with your screen recorder software.
I am utilizing the DLL in my application, it installs it via an inno setup wizard, and they are having a problem involving the recorder.
The app opens and records the screen, and it opens a browser which will then open flash content, but for them, it shows a black screen when recording flash, why is that?
Could someone help us out here? I don't know what's causing that. They have all dependencies, the installer had no errors or anything, so everything should be working fine for them.
