在RangePicker中当我点击面板中的 year-panel，或者month-panel 按钮的时候，会触发该按钮的 focus 事件，但是随即切换到到对应面板后，该按钮从dom中被移除，但是没有触发对应的blur事件。
我在react playground上模拟的时候，发现当元素从dom中被移除的时候，是会触发blur的。

还烦请大佬解惑一下，为什么二者的现象有所不一样 @zombieJ
