Always create a thread for tracked messages, put message as first post

I think this'll help encourage discussion of any given log. Folks already chime in in the channel, but I think it's worth trying out splitting it up like this. It might not be a better experience to need to click in and see any specific message, but maybe there are other ways of improving that
