• Simplification of conditional checks in troll.ts

  The process of extracting the guild, channel, and message IDs from the message link has been made more efficient and organized. This should improve the overall performance.

• Added staff check before sending replies
  A new feature has been added that ensures only messages from staff members will get the "skill issue" reply. This keeps our responses more focused and decreases unnecessary interaction.
