Description
As per the discussion in PR #184, comment by @reactive-firewall (link to comment), we need to perform refactoring, such as replacing 'http' with 'https'. This issue is to track the integration of the 'check_https' tool. Also, see reference to reactive-firewall/ymmv#11 for related work.
