Restarting a workflow is not documented anywhere

Explain the difference between creating a new workflow and restarting an existing one (i.e. workspace is/isn't shared)
Explain the numbering of workflows (minor/major run number)
Explain how to restart a workflow from a given step
- only for serial workflows?
To pick up a draggable item, press the space bar. While dragging, use the arrow keys to move the item. Press space again to drop the item in its new position, or press escape to cancel.
