We have REANA_GITLAB_URL so we can pass it to the front-end when doing the GitLab integration, this way we avoid having it as well in the config.js hardcoded here.

This is currently being used to suggest the user to create a GitLab project when there's none.

This can be added to the new config endpoint, used to pass info from r-server to r-ui and loaded as configmap via r-commons.
