Start using tags and or releases

nvim and treesitter and the treesitter parsers are constantly changing (at least at the moment). By using tags and releases, the theme users can choose the version that suits them better or works for them. Relying on the latest commit when updating a plugin can be unstable. In addition the users cannot be expected to correctly follow the development of such themes thus resulting in a bad user experience.

Also want to add that I can't use Home Manager's fetchFromGitHub without a tag or a release to grab the theme for Bat.
