🐛 RZB-250105: Actions button and title placement

Describe the bug

making action button (back, flip) and title in same row in large view and adjust for mobile view also.

currently there are 2 kinds of variation are there

1. when no title in center but action buttons are on right and left
2. left action button is little bit higher and title and right action button are in next row

What did you expect to happen?

all pages will have same css and style so that it will fit for all whether action button are preset or not .
check for both kind ofpages and test..

test in all browsers and all view port
