Why are my line charts ugly?

I use alacritty as my terminal, and the line charts do not look like the one in the screenshots. Am I doing something wrong?

This is a font issue.
Braille Pattern Blank often appears non-blank.

Ah I see it has to do with Nerd Fonts I think. Can I specify what font I want YouPlot to use?
