After deleting one of the rook-ceph-osd deployments, a new rook-ceph-osd deployment failed to be created.
I didn't see it in the latest runs, but we need to check if this error appears again - it may be a bug.

In case it's a run with KMS Vault, an related issue we previously add of expired token might be related here as well. @yitzhak12 please check if this run is with KMS
