Idea is to have a simple step-by-step guide on the general method to create and submit content for the repository. Assume little to no Github knowledge, but don't spend time teaching that, just walk through the steps.

Where feasible, suggest showing both command-line and gui ways of doing the steps. I know there are multiple GUI tools, so just show one example of a common gui?
