Strange time calculation after installing a language server that exists on the system

1. I have docker-language-server in my $PATH.
2. The predefined Docker Language Server LSP4IJ template works well after setting it up as it seems to start the server without any issues.
3. Stop the server.
4. Now try to run the installer.
5. When the installer completes, LSP4IJ will automatically start the server.
6. Now I have some strange "startup time" being displayed.

Indeed there is a problem. The fix is to start the installation by using language server instance to see for instance installing status.

I need to find time to do that.
