Add UI test to edit Service

The Service is editable. Need to select the edit icon, make a valid change, then apply it to complete the validation check with the server.

When I run this manually with just a few services in place it works. However, when I have a whole stack of eventing items added the the validation fails. I plan to fix the bug but this isn't something we have a test for yet.
