Integration with Microshift #15

Describe the bug
Currently Microshift uses flannel as a CNI. To test Patu CNI with microshift, it needs to be integrated with microshift. Microshift uses slightly different way to integrate the CNI's (Not like kubernetes way to deploying a yaml).
To Reproduce
No support yet.
Expected behavior
Integrate with Microshift, so that it doesn't change microshift current deployment and Patu CNI is up and running by the time microshift is considered ready.

- Kernel Version: >5.7
- Go Version: ~= microshift go version
