Add something to easily run a single mediawiki test

This would essentially add another Run option in the right click menu of a file.

The file patch selected would be passed to mw/tests/phpunit/phpunit.php

Thus the tests would be run..

(I don't know how to write the code for this plugin to do any of the above)

I should look at building a new development environment for IDEA plugins, and probably rebuild it
