Twitch auth token support?

I love what you've made here, it makes it really easy to integrate into custom archival systems. But after testing this on a stream, I noticed that twitch's dumb commercials are being inserted. Would we be able to get the ability to use a twitch auth token in order to get the real, unmolested vod?

Seems there may not be a way to guarantee ad removal via a token, but streamlink uses this method (acting like an embedded player) to heavily reduce the playing of ads: bastimeyer/streamlink@09d21fe

@tt2468 The version from my pull request doesn't show ads. I have a compiled version for Win in my fork repository, just in case.
