Add cancel pending txes script #6
Description
Relayers at certain times have pending work txes that may not get ever confirmed due to the volatility of gas prices
Todo : Make a script that:
- Gets pending txes,lists the nonces of the pending txes.
- Send txes in batch of nonces,with 5x higher gas price of the pending tx.
