Broken Link in README.md

The link at the bottom of README.md seems to be broken: https://danielwippermann.github.io/resol-vbus/vbus-packets.html.

Do you have a fix for that?

Also, while I have you on the line: Is there a way to send commands to the DeltaSol BX Plus via LAN? I would like to "manually" override relays ON/OFF, depending on what my house needs.
